Creative play for Kiefer, with lots of language building first thing this Monday morning!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After breakfast Kiefer got cracking with some quiet time clay modelling fruits so I asked him all about the fruits, he expressed each of the fruit names. So I decided to write each one down, some I don’t even know myself!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kiefer quickly understood the pattern of play and started retrieving the correct colour for labelling! Clever lad!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I believe Kiefer has learnt these fruits through learning videos on YouTube, and described them as Happy Fruits and he also gave the title Happy Sunshine Friends!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kiefer was then brave enough to try some sliced apple and said “tasty”. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

He was unsure of the texture and amount of chewing required as he hadn’t tried apple for some time but……<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He finished a few slices and then sang made up songs about apples.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After washing his sticky hands he said “I tried something beginning with the letter A…….APPLE!!!” <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I was intending to display Kiefer’s Happy Sunshine Friends paper up on our mantlepiece but when I went to do it I had found Kiefer had already done it! Wow Kiefer!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Right next to the Jammers Song! Great!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kiefer’s morning ended with playing ‘sticks and rings’.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kiefer started to make faces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Then all the yellow rings went on his fingers!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"\"<\/figure>\n\n\n\n

But then…….<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"\"<\/figure>\n\n\n\n

…………..3 got stuck<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"\"<\/figure>\n\n\n\n

We managed to get 2 of them off with Fairy Liquid…..but the last one was stuck.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kiefer had to hold still whilst Daddy cut this one off!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"\"<\/figure>\n\n\n\n

And back to the Sticks and Rings he went.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After showing Kiefer’s Mummy our post, she was able to inform that this is today’s theme:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
