She had gone into his bedroom to steal back her stripy&nbsp;Nessa Squish-a-boo!!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" src=\"https:\/\/kieferansonart.xyz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/afterfocus_17535587016332786119890200013566-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-271\" srcset=\"https:\/\/kieferansonart.xyz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/afterfocus_17535587016332786119890200013566-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/kieferansonart.xyz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/afterfocus_17535587016332786119890200013566-768x576.jpg 768w, https:\/\/kieferansonart.xyz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/afterfocus_17535587016332786119890200013566.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Nessa Squish-a-boo<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Kiefer got up for breakfast and glanced at the TV, he paused when he saw a word he didn\u2019t instantly recognize. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Then, quietly and carefully, he sounded out the letters aloud, using his phonics skills, slowly piecing together the sounds: &#8220;M&#8230;U&#8230;S&#8230;I&#8230;C.&#8221; After a few attempts, his face lit up with excitement as he said the word \u201cMUSIC.\u201d Knowing what it meant, he felt happy because he loves listening to music in the morning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I congratulated him on his reading efforts. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So impressive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He had plenty of opportunities to take control of the TV remote (doofer), which he loves and gives him freedom to explore his different programmes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He used the onscreen QWERTY keyboard on the TV apps to type and navigate to his choice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He spent lots of quiet time looking through his books from the bookshelf, with music playing in the room.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He has chilled out for most of the day and was treated to tea out where he enjoyed Whitby scampi, chips and garden peas!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kiefer&#8217;s Saturday started at 7am, being woken up by his little sister.
