In anticipation for a new snowfall we wrapped up warm and went out for a walk before bed.
Kiefer’s regulation day has been super beneficial for him. We have concentrated on diet to help digestion, musical themed learning of alphabet and phonics, clay 3D modelling of today’s fun characters, sensory bathtime, walked at night for excercise plus sensory input.
All this resulting in a happier, Zenned-out, not zoned-out, Kiefer.
Ace day and not a pen in sight!
