In the morning Kiefer built Tucky from Tucky Tales.

Today it was his regular therapeutic horseriding day.
Only his second session, but when I asked him “Do you want to go and ride a pony again?” he replied “yes I can” very assertively. It is what he says when he needs to communicate that he really wants something and he wants us to deliver.
He was so excited to go and when we arrived at the stables Kiefer went straight to see Rhys’ stable and gave him a kiss.

Kiefer helped Amelia prepare Rhys for the ride. He helped Amelia lead Rhys to the arena.

Throughout the session Kiefer did very well again and was eager to trott and he kept shouting ‘faster’!

Kiefer would touch the ‘K’ sign on the arena fence when Amelia asked him to.

He loves riding through the coloured bridges.

When the session was over he helped lead the pony back to his stable, and said goodbye.
What an experience for him to have! We are all so glad to have found Boulsworth RDA.
On the way home in the car, Kiefer sang “We Are The Champions” – you just know the session has given him so much when he comes away like that.
He had hot homemade vegetable soup and roll for his lunch as he had worked up quite an appetite!
He took straight to creating his 3D models as he was now in ‘the zone’.
Balance was achieved!
By 2pm, Kiefer was up for more outdoor time and we went on a countryside hike.
The hike took us through Castle Road, Hill Lane and Emmott Lane and a climb upto Trawden and back home on the main road path. It came to 6miles in total.
It was a beautful day for this and the views of Boulsworth and Noyna were superb.

Again working up appetite, when we returned home he was keen to have his tea, which was Lemon Sole, Chips and Garden Peas followed by Kelly’s of Cornwall Clotted Cream Ice Cream.
Such a lucky lad!
He then kicked back with his playdoh and watched @SURVIVALBUILDER on YouTube.
A really calm evening felt almost meditative.
Cracking day Kiefer!
