Kiefer loved eating his cheese sandwich in the peaceful outdoors before we set off. He hummed a song whilst he ate.
Off we went on our trek, getting lost a few times, along the way, we made a new game. Kiefer found a wand stick, and he was to touch a Thorne, a thistle, or a nettle when he saw one on our path.
We decided to go up a new track we had never walked. We found mushrooms and a stream. We stopped a man with a small dog to ask him where this track leads. He said, “Go up here to the top, and you will be able to get a cup of tea”
So we pushed on…
We arrived at Noggarth Top and had a brew and some water. Kiefer found they had some Harry Potter Haribo sweets.
On the way back, we saw a butterfly and looked for the wand stick we had lost on the way here!
